BER Cert Dublin is an Irish owned company with over 25 years’ experience in the property and construction industry. Our focus is on improving the energy performance of buildings and the reduction of carbon emissions.
John is the Managing Director of BER Cert Dublin and formerly an associate member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).
Our team is made up of vastly experienced professionals who understand fully the increasing importance of energy efficiency in the building sector. We endeavor to conduct the surveys in a timely manner with minimal impact on the homeowners or occupants.
At BER Cert Dublin we are independent consultants and assessors, and do not promote any one product or technology.
Our office is based on the Northside of Dublin but we service all areas of Dublin and parts of Meath.

At BER Cert Dublin, we offer a range of services from BER certificates for new and existing properties, customized BER Improvement Reports, to Heat Pump Technical Assessments and Air Tightness Tests. We are are SEAI registered and all our work is fully insured.
