BER Cert Dublin provide fair, transparent pricing based on numerous factors, such as location, size, and upgrades.
All properties are individual and therefore the time and effort required to travel, complete the assessment, and prepare the report will vary.
The following prices are based on standard size dwellings. Add on costs for extensions, attic conversions etc are also listed below.
Our office is located on the Northside of Dublin, therefore we charge an extra €30 for dwellings located on the Southside. This is to cover additional travel costs such as fuel and road tolls.
For new builds, new extensions, new renovations, properties with heat pump systems or MVHR installed, and larger properties than listed below, please contact our office for a quote as these are NOT included in the price list below.
